Tyler is a builder by instinct. The curiosity started early — gadgets pulled apart, custom PCs assembled piece by piece, the kind of tinkering that turns into a career when it doesn't go away. That instinct turned into formal training in Santa Barbara, California: digital and internet marketing studies paired with a full software development program covering both front-end and back-end engineering.
Real estate came through family. Working alongside his mother — a Las Vegas realtor — and her team, Tyler saw firsthand how wide the gap was between what technology could do and what most agents were actually using. The industry was running on outdated CRMs, generic templates, and manual workflows while the tools to leapfrog all of it already existed. He decided to close that gap, one agent at a time.
Today, Tyler works with everyone from new agents finding their footing to top producers running multi-million-dollar pipelines. The approach is the same regardless of scale: start with what's actually happening inside the business, find the friction, and build the systems — websites, CRMs, AI tools, automations, ad funnels — that compound results without compounding the workload. The Agent Advantage platform itself is built in-house: every page, every system, every line of code.
