AgentOS Preview: The Automation Stack I Built for Las Vegas Agents
A walkthrough of the CRM workflows, drip sequences, and AI-assisted automations I've built and am using with agents right now.
For the past several months I've been quietly building what I call AgentOS — a collection of CRM automations, follow-up sequences, and AI-assisted workflows designed specifically for how real estate agents actually work.
This is a preview of what's in the stack.
What AgentOS Is
AgentOS isn't software. It's a system — a set of workflows built on top of whatever CRM you're already using (Follow Up Boss, LionDesk, KVCore, or even a well-structured spreadsheet).
The core philosophy: your marketing and follow-up should run whether or not you remembered to do it today.
The Core Workflows
New Lead Intake
When a new lead comes in from any source (Zillow, Meta ads, referral, open house sign-in), they enter a triage sequence:
- Immediate auto-text acknowledgment (sent within 60 seconds)
- AI-generated intro email based on lead source and property interest
- Manual call task assigned to you within the first hour
- If no response in 24 hours: follow-up text with a different angle
This alone recovers leads that would have gone cold.
Seller Nurture Sequence
Most sellers aren't ready to list the day they first reach out. The AgentOS seller sequence:
- Week 1–2: Market data relevant to their neighborhood
- Week 3: Educational content ("What to expect in the listing process")
- Month 2: Personal check-in + fresh CMA offer
- Month 3+: Quarterly market update, automated but personalized to their specific address
Buyer Workflow
For buyers who aren't ready yet:
- Monthly neighborhood spotlight for their target area
- New listing alert (ideally tied to your MLS search)
- Rate update when there's meaningful movement
- "Still looking?" check-in at 60 and 120 days
Post-Close Sequence
This is the most underused automation:
- 1 week after closing: "How's everything going?" check-in
- 1 month: Home maintenance tip relevant to the season
- 6 months: Market update for their specific neighborhood
- 1 year: Anniversary message + home value update offer
- Annually thereafter: Same cadence
Past clients are your best source of referrals. This keeps you top of mind without you having to remember.
The AI Layer
Where AI plugs in across all of these:
Personalization at scale: I use ChatGPT to generate variations of each message template so the same person doesn't get identical language on every touchpoint.
Response drafting: When a lead replies with a specific question, the system flags it and drafts a response based on the context. You review and send with one click.
Market data summaries: Monthly, the system pulls current MLS data and formats it into a paragraph summary ready to drop into emails, social posts, or text messages.
What's Coming
The public version of AgentOS is in development. Current plan includes:
- Pre-built workflow templates for the most common agent scenarios
- Prompt packs for each sequence
- Setup guides for FUB, LionDesk, and KVCore
- 1-on-1 implementation session
